Paul’s work spans the broad range of corporate activity including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and private equity work. He advises a range of financial services clients and has also acted for a variety of State and public sector entities. He is particularly experienced in advising on all aspects of corporate governance.
Paul is a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland and is on the Institute’s legal panel for members. He has lectured at the Law Society and Public Affairs Ireland on a range of company law and corporate governance topics.
