Ben has been a partner in the firm's Corporate Group since 2005, having joined the firm in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, he was with Ashurst in London and Minter Ellison in Sydney
Ben's practice includes mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and restructurings. Ben is head of the firm’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Group. He has recently acted in relation to a number of debt-for-equity restructurings for Irish banks.
