Admitted 2001. Education: University College, Dublin (BCL, LLM Commercial Law), Diploma in Property Tax (Law Society of Ireland).
Michael qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and specialises in insolvency issues and corporate rescue. He has wide experience of advising in restructuring, examinership, receivership and liquidation on behalf of all stakeholders including companies, directors, office holders, banks and other creditors.
As well as advising when financial difficulties are identified, Michael advises on solvent reorganisations and on mitigating insolvency risk in transactions in the making.
Michael became a partner in the firm in 2008.
