Reform of Trust Law, January 2009 On 9 December 2008 the Law Reform Commission of Ireland published its Report "Trust Law: General Proposals". The Report, which includes a suggested Trustee Bill, follows the Commission's 2006 Report on Charitable Trusts, a number of recommendations of which have been incorporated into the Charities Bill 2007. The recommendations in this new Report will apply to all trustees and, the Commission says, will complement the provisions of the Charities Bill 2007.
