McCann FitzGerald acts as Irish legal counsel to Wells Fargo on the acquisition of LaCrosse Global Fund Services

Wells Fargo has announced the completion of the agreement to acquire LaCrosse Global Fund Services, an independently managed hedge fund administration and middle-office service provider, servicing in excess of US$24 billion, from Cargill. McCann FitzGerald advised Wells Fargo on all Irish aspects of the transaction which included the acquisition of the Irish division of the LaCrosse business, LaCrosse Global Fund Services (Ireland) Limited.
