As global interdependence proliferates, corporations increasingly face legal problems which implicate the criminal laws of multiple foreign countries. In a recent publication entitled 'International Fraud and Asset Tracing' McCann FitzGerald partners, David Clarke, Terence McCrann and Paul Lavery co-wrote and contributed the chapter particular to the Republic of Ireland. This covers the investigations carried out by a company itself in respect of suspected fraud and the procedures available in Irish law for the recovery of misappropriated assets.
