Overview
We advise clients on product liability matters and product recalls in electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, blood and many other product areas. Our experience includes acting in what was probably Ireland's largest and most complex product recall ever. We have had extensive recall dealings with the Director of Consumer Affairs, the Irish Medicines Board, other regulators, experts and the media.

We have worked with foreign companies and foreign law firms in product liability matters carried across many countries.
In the area of food safety, we act for many clients who produce food and beverages. We have advised on all aspects of food law, including EU aspects, and we have represented clients in dealings with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.
We are accustomed to advising our clients on how to limit the commercial harm and also in relation to crisis management and media relations. In all cases we aim to give practical advice, grounded in proven experience and expertise.
