- Technology projects and contracts: We have leading expertise in the drafting and negotiation of technology supply and implementation agreements, including agreements which focus on key performance indicators and the business transformational impact of the implementation and use of new technology. We also advise on software development agreements, software licences, IT services agreements and Software Support agreements
- Outsourcing: We have extensive experience of outsourcing and advised on one of the largest IT outsourcing projects in the market in recent months. In addition to outsourcing within the IT area, we also have experience of the outsourcing of other services in both the public and private sectors
- Privacy/data protection issues: We advise on all aspects of the handling of personal data. Our team is fully appraised of all developments, keeps up-to-date on likely future regulatory developments and can prepare clients accordingly
- Internet and e-commerce: We assist our clients with everything from starting up to preparing user terms and conditions, on-line sale terms and conditions and website privacy statements. We also draft operations and hosting agreements and advise on marketing issues
