Pensions work ranges from drafting and interpretation of legislation to establishment, harmonisation and restructuring of pension arrangements, member communications and related on-going advice, advising sponsoring employers, trustees and committees, advising intermediaries including actuarial, consultancy and accountancy firms, advising regulatory bodies and dealing with the pensions aspects of corporate finance transactions and mergers & acquisitions.

Our incentives work involves advising sponsoring employers and trustees of some of the largest (and therefore more complex) plans operating in the country including in relation to both Revenue approved profit sharing schemes, share option schemes, ESOPS (employee share ownership plans), SAYE (save-as-you-earn) plans, and unapproved plans such as management incentive plans (cash based), share option schemes, long term incentive plans (share based), RSUs (restricted stock unit plans).
