McCann FitzGerald's Employment Law Group advises on a broad range of employment law issues. In corporate transactions, the strategic importance of getting the correct employment law advice is increasingly important. This extends to proposed take-over and M&A transactions as well as the more complicated corporate restructurings. In addition, the team advises on more traditional employment law matters such as the preparation of employment contracts, dismissals, collective redundancies, as well as trade union consultations and employment disputes.
