Overview
As a firm, McCann FitzGerald has a high degree of familiarity with all aspects of the statutory frame work establishing NAMA. Both before and after the introduction of the National Asset Management Act 2009 we provided advice to a number of domestic and international financial institutions on all aspects of its structure and operation.
