
We aim to give our trainees the technical and interpersonal skills and expertise necessary for their professional success and personal development. We have an open door policy in which colleagues are available, approachable and willing to give guidance and answer questions. Unlike others, our trainees share an office with a partner as they gain experience in the various departments.
Our training programme is bespoke – we take the time to get to know you, understand your requirements and nurture and encourage your development within the programme. Each trainee will prepare and deliver a lecture to their peers and relevant work group as part of their training.
The proof of our success is the best success and retention rate of trainees in the top firms in Ireland. For example, in 2011 35 trainees qualified and each was offered a position as a solicitor with the firm.
