Damian specializes in competition law and the law of regulated markets. He is based in the firm’s Brussels office and jointly heads the firm's Competition, Regulated Markets & EU Law Group. His work includes advice on dominance and cartel issues, merger control, State aid and regulatory issues relating to communications, broadcasting and network infrastructure. He represents clients before the European Commission, the Irish Competition Authority, the Irish Courts and the European Courts in Luxembourg.
